EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION

Since 1970 as a law student started working as a legal assistant in Bufete Martén Jiménez Guillén. Since incorporation in 1977, has been a consultant attorney, basically in corporate, civil, real state, commercial, contracts, labor, insurance and administrative matters (preparation of government public bids) for clients doing business in draw back industry (Costa Rican fiscal incentives), farming (fruit exports), banking, security services, transoceanic train for containers transportation, insurance, real estate and software.
